Our team of professionals is Headed by PGA Professional, Grant Slater. Grant and his team use the same methods and technology as the leading tour professionals, including the very latest V1 and Gasp video analysis tools, to provide professional golf tuition that helps to improve all levels of ability.
We offer individual golf tuition, on course golf tuition, junior golf tuition, and 3 and 5-day residential Golf Schools.
Individual Golf Tuition
Individual golf tuition provides the perfect environment for beginners to develop their game. You'll receive one on one expert golf tuition tailored to your individual needs, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
For the more experienced golfer, there's the chance to correct persistent faults, improving the individual aspects of your game and developing consistency to help achieve lower scoring. Our experienced team of PGA professionals caters for everybody at any level – individuals, groups, families and clinics for corporate golf days.

Residential Tuition
Available throughout the year, our residential 3-day golf tuition breaks offer the perfect opportunity for you to really fine-tune your game, whilst also enjoying a luxurious stay here in Cornwall at the 4-star Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa.
Our team of experienced PGA Professionals led by Grant Slater tailor a program
especially for you and offer all of the following benefits:
- 3 nights dinner, room & breakfast in one of our luxury inland facing rooms
- 3 hours of golf tuition daily with our team of PGA professionals
- A round of golf every afternoon to implement what you have learnt
- Lunch on the day of arrival with the professional
- Soup & Sandwich lunch included in the Clubhouse on Days 2 & 3
- Refreshments are provided on the practice ground during the tuition

Day 1
1:00pm – 2:00pm Meet for lunch and introduction in the Hotel Spa Bar
2:00pm – 4:00pm The importance of the set up and short/mid irons
4:00pm – 5:00pm Putting
From 6:30pm Please book your dining time with reception if you haven’t already done so. We recommend from 7:30pm
Day 2
From 7:30am Bay View Restaurant is open for breakfast
9:30am – 11:00am Long irons, hybrids
11:00am – 12:30pm Woods, driver
Lunch: Sandwiches & chips are provided in the Clubhouse Approx.
1:30pm Tee time reserved for the course – Texas scramble
From 6:30pm Please book your dining time with reception if you haven’t already done so. We recommend from 7:30pm.
Day 3
From 7:30am Bay View Restaurant is open for breakfast
9:30am–10:00am Sloping lies
10:00am – 11:00am Bunkers
11:00am – 12:30pm Chipping and pitching
Lunch Sandwiches & chips are provided in the Clubhouse Approx.
1:30pm Tee time reserved for the course – Stableford
7:30pm Presentation of prizes with prosecco 8:00pm Dinner in the Bay View Restaurant with wine on the table.
