Juniors

Here at The Carlyon Bay Golf Club, we believe that we have the best Juniors section in Cornwall. Led by our Juniors Organiser and ably supported by our PGA Professionals, we have joined with Golf Access to allow for juniors of all ages to take up the sport. We are also an HSBC Grass Roots Centre, and SafeGolf accredited golf club.

Dedicated tee times are allocated to the juniors each week, with players developing their skills and strength on our 9 hole approach course, before playing a few holes on our 18 hole championship, then progressing on to playing the full 18.

A lot of time is spent carefully honing the skills of our juniors, with a focus on the core principles, as well as teaching them the rules & etiquette of golf. The club has strong child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures in place, and in conjunction with fully vetted staff, allows juniors to play and learn in a safe, relaxed and fun environment.
