Mixed President’s Day at Carlyon Bay Golf Club was played in glorious warm sunshine, providing the perfect conditions for an enjoyable day out on the course and some fantastic golf.
Club President Maggie was on hand to welcome players at the 13th-hole refreshment stop, giving everyone the chance to pause and refuel before completing their round. The day continued back at the clubhouse, where players enjoyed well-earned pasties and a traditional Cornish cream tea.
There were some excellent scores across the field, with Lizze Nile and Toby French taking first place with an impressive 43 points. Lucie and Neil Hobbs followed closely behind with 42 points, while Nicky and Craig Shore secured third place with 40 points.
